Refund policy

You have the right to return the product you have purchased for any reason within 14 days.

Return Process:

If you wish to exchange your product with another product, please contact us via email on: info@valiagabriel.com. Upon contact, you will send us the returning product and we will send you the new product you have selected.

Very important to know about the returns:

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and nothing missing from its packaging. The purchase receipt should be included in the package.

Until the moment the product reaches us, the product is under your responsibility, so it is important to make sure that it is safely packaged and shipped to us and no damage is done to the product. In any other case, we will be unable to accept the return.

Caution: In the unlikely event that the product reaches you and is damaged please let us know immediately within the same day.

Refunds

You can choose to receive your refund back to the original payment method.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days counting from the arrival date. The products should be returned in an unused state and in perfect condition. Any failure to return the original box in proper condition will entitle VALIA GABRIEL to withhold the corresponding value from such refund.

If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded except shipping costs. Outside the EU, customs duties, sales taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable through VALIA GABRIEL Outside EU, return shipping costs will be borne by the client. If the product meets the quality control, VALIA GABRIEL will procced with refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
